Vivanta Katra Vaishno Devi, Katra (Jammu and Kashmir)

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel during my recent visit for the Vaishno Devi trip. The rooms were clean and truly comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The location is great for a peaceful getaway, with serene surroundings. However, the Wi-Fi service could use some improvement as it tends to be slow, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.

My stay at the hotel was incredible, with a tranquil ambiance nestled in nature, perfect for unwinding after visiting Mata Vaishno Devi. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing an excellent sense of comfort. I especially enjoyed the attentive service from the staff, who ensured our preferences were met. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious food options, though some dishes leaned towards the pricier side. Overall, it was a beautiful experience, and I can't wait to return.

The service was exceptional, especially from Mr. Vijay Kumar in the restaurant, who catered to our family's needs with great care. The food was delicious and diverse, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, it is somewhat secluded, so getting around could be a challenge if you rely on taxis. The overall value for money is outstanding, considering the quality of food and service we received.
